We want you and your pet to love your Space Pet Studio purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

Need a different size or style?
We’re happy to offer one exchange per order, subject to product availability.

• Please contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

 Returns & Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or washed items
• Customized or personalized items
• Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right
